Hybrid Cloud:-
What is Hybrid Cloud? Ans:-The Hybrid cloud is the mixture of public and private cloud. Non-critical activities are performed by public cloud while critical activities are performed by private cloud.
OR in other words:-
Hybrid cloud is a cloud computing environment which uses a mix of on-premises, private cloud and third-party, public cloud services with orchestration between the two platforms. By allowing workloads to move between private and public clouds as computing needs and costs change, hybrid cloud gives businesses greater flexibility and more data deployment options.

Example:- An enterprise can deploy an on-premises private cloud to host sensitive or critical workloads, but use a third-party public cloud provider, such as Google Compute Engine, to host less-critical resources, such as test and development workloads.

To hold customer-facing archival and backup data, a hybrid cloud could also use Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). A software layer, such as Eucalyptus, can facilitate private cloud connections to public clouds, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Advantages of Hybrid Cloud:-
  1. Cost effective:-It is having less cost as compared to private cloud.
  2. Flexible and secure:- It provides secure resources because of private cloud and scalable resources because of public cloud.
  3. Scalable:-It provides both the features of public and private cloud scalability.
  4. Security:- The private cloud element of the hybrid cloud model not only provides the security where it is needed for sensitive operations but can also satisfy regulatory requirements for data handling and storage where it is applicable

Disadvantages of Hybrid Cloud:-
  1. Networking issues:-Networking becomes complex because of private and public cloud.
  2. Security Compliance:- It is necessary to ensure that cloud services are compliant with the security policies of an organization.
